Capability Statement

ZSR Contracting and Restoration, Inc. is a full service General Contracting Company with two specialty divisions; a Façade Restoration and Maintenance division and also a Structural Concrete Restoration division.

Formerly Zeiser Construction, ZSR incorporated as ZSR Contracting and Restoration, Inc. in 2009. We have been performing commercial and industrial construction, facade repairs and concrete restoration in the tri-state area for over 35 years.
